LandFinder allows you up export up to 150 rows of data at a time. The export feature is available for our verified data only which includes new construction permits and re-zoning applications and does not include parcels export. Data export is CSV or Excel format only.

Yes! There are two ways you can change your plan. First, when you using the site, if you see a “lock” icon, simply click it and you will see a pop-up window to upgrade. Simply click the link to go to your account and follow the prompts to upgrade. Second, you can also go directly to your account by clicking the “face” icon on the upper right hand side of the map. From here, you can change your plan, billing frequency, and any other account settings.

LandFinder provides an assistant to help you quickly filter layers and find land, permits, parcels, re-zoning applications, and pre-identified leads that meet your specific criteria. Simply type in what you’re looking for and the Ai Assistant will set your filters and help you quickly identify exactly what you’re looking for.

How to Save Permits, Parcels, and Leads

Quickly save any parcels, permits, re-zoning applicatons, and leads. Simply click on the item on the map to open the details sidebar. Then select “Add to Collection” and select the folder.

How to manage Saved Projects

Permits, parcels, re-zoning application, and leads that you find are saved into your collection. Inside your collection dashboard you can edit and manage all your projects.

How to Use Filters

LandFinder uses filters to allow users to quickly and easily locate off-market properties, construction permits, re-zoning applications, parcels, sites to place construction bids, existing commercial sites, and school locations.

How to Find Leads

LandFinder pre-identifies leads and provides them to you within our software. Access leads by type (e.g. withdrawn permit, wetland delineation, adjacent land lead, etc.) and locate the underlying documents and contact info.
