Originally in the Florida market as Landmark Reports, our new LandFinder brand is a more unique solution that enhances land acquisition by incorporating artificial intelligence with a new direct to consumer sales model.

Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of South Florida. Over the last 9 years he has created numerous market studies for Builders and Developers as the market expert in Tampa Bay.

Jeff has an extensive background in Web development and marketing with an emphasis in spatial mapping (GIS) technology. He has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Over the last 9 years Jeff has created numerous mapping and software applications designed to assist people in locating off-market land opportunities.

Additionally, Nathaniel has real estate industry experience, having been a luxury real estate specialist for a Christie's International affiliate. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, graduating from the Burnett Honors College.
